There are many people who have read about the Law of Attraction and the testimonies of the various people that claim that such has helped them create and obtain anything that they have ever wanted. This includes money, health, happiness, weight loss, and basically every other thing that most humans strive to achieve. Does the Law of Attraction really work? The truth is, I cannot answer “yes” or “no” to this question. However, I do know that if you want something bad enough, you will find levels of motivation that you would never have believed that you possessed.
The Law of Attraction, motivation, drive, urge, desire, or whatever you want to call it affects us everyday. Each person feels some sort of motivation or desire to do something at some point in the day. Outside of the things we need to do to survive (such as eat and sleep), many people feel the need to better their situation, read a book, watch television, take a bike ride, play a sport, or any other myriad of things. The point is that we all have urges and each urge has an incredible amount of energy attached to it. If you could learn how to focus all of that energy into achieving or obtaining one thing in life, could you imagine how successful you would be in accomplishing that goal? All of that energy and desire focused on one thing and in one direction is an extremely powerful force. This is the energy that motivates you to do better and helps you achieve your goals, whatever they may be.
Is this a cosmic force, a religious thing, or some other metaphysical energy? Truthfully, who cares? Wherever it is that you get the energy to be able to do something with all you being and all of your ability is the place that you should continuously utilize in order to achieve your goals. This “place” does not have to be physical. If daydreaming about fast cars and big houses provides you with the energy and motivation to go out and achieve your dreams, utilize your daydreaming abilities. If walking through the park provides you with the opportunity to clear your mind so that you can focus your motivation and desire on a particular goal, talk a walk in the park right now!
The point is, focusing in on your goals and doing everything in your ability (without damaging others) to achieve them should be something that you practice on a daily basis. Once you have mastered the skill of focusing your desire and motivation into achieving a goal, you will discover that you can do this over and over again for the purpose of accomplishing all of the goals that you have set for yourself.
