Are We Mindless Puppets?
The day was Thursday December 16th, 1773, frustrated over heavily imposed taxes, a band of men held what we know today as the “Boston Tea Party”. Had they or any of our founding-fathers been caught, their actions would have been considered treason and they would have been hung.
These visionaries saw a dream and went for it. Today, we pay income tax and do we know why? Today, the IRS can come in seize your property, your bank accounts, any personal belongings and even if they wrongly do this, you have no recourse. You may not sue or take to court the IRS.
The IRS was started when in 1862 Lincoln and Congress, straddled with enormous debt over the Civil war, instituted the Commissioner of Internal Revenue and enacted income taxes to help defer the cost of war expenses.
In 1872, 10 years after income tax was repealed. But in 1894 Congress revived income tax with the 16th amendment. “The Congress shall have power to lay and collect taxes on incomes, from whatever source derived, without apportionment among the several States, and without regard to any census or enumeration.”
By 1913 it was to be ratified, but was it really? “Article V of the U.S. Constitution controls the amending process, which requires that three-fourths of the States ratify any amendment proposed by Congress. In 1913, there were 48 States in the American Union, so to adopt any amendment required the affirmative act of 36 states. In February, 1913, Knox issued a proclamation claiming that 38 states had ratified the amendment, including Kentucky, California and Oklahoma. But, as previously shown, Kentucky had rejected the amendment, California had not voted on it, and Oklahoma wanted something entirely different. If just these 3 states are excluded from the court of those which ratified, then the amendment was not legally adopted, the number of ratifying States being only 35. But, then again, a total of 11 states failed to vote on the amendment, 33 changed the language of the amendment and Minnesota sent in nothing. If the process of the adoption of the amendment is subjected to strict legal scrutiny the amendment was adopted by none.
Today, the federal government pretends that it has all encompassing power to tax the income of everyone, and that the only way to change this system is to vote for congressmen who promise to modify or, even more unlikely, to repeal these laws. The American public needs to be apprised that another alternative exists, and that it is entirely possible to challenge the very foundation of this taxing power upon the grounds that the 16th Amendment to the U.S. Constitution was never adopted. This challenge can be effectively made by exercising your rights under the First Amendment to the United States Constitution.” (The Law that Never was, Bill Benson, taken from website, The Fraud)
Did you know that on July 7th, 2000 in USA Today, there was a full page ad, run by the “We the People Foundation” stating that they would give 50,000.00 to anyone who could show the law that requires us to pay income tax. Former IRS Agent Sherry Jackson took them up on this, and as of date, almost 7 years later, she has not been able to find or produce that law.
Did you also know that the “We the People Foundation” also served the IRS with a class action law suit, for the American people, requiring proof of a law that stated the American worker had to pay a direct unapportioned tax on income. On August 31st, 2005, Federal Judge Emmit Sullivan, ruled against our constitution, violating our constitution, this judge ruled for the IRS and in his ruling made this statement: “Government does not have to answer the American peoples questions, even though it is guaranteed in the First Amendment.” This law suit and the judges verdict received no media coverage from any of the major news sources in our nation.
Even though there is no underlying justification for income tax, there is no law that can be shown, this judge took it upon himself to violate our rights, and allow the IRS to continue without having to answer for its actions. Jay Leno made a statement when Iraq was trying to draw up their constitution: “We are helping Iraq draw up their constitution, why don’t we give them ours, it has worked for us for over 200 years and we aren’t using it anymore.” Comical statement, got a lot of laughs, but how true is it?
Did you also know, that not one penny of your income tax goes towards infrastructure, welfare, community and government programs. Every dime of your income tax goes towards the interest on the national debt.
The Federal Reserve, was started in 1862 and until 1913 was the National Bank. It became the Federal Reserve when Congress passed the National Reserve Act in 1913. The Federal Reserve controls the interest rate, and is the driving force behind our economy. But the Federal Reserve is no more a Federal agency than Federal Express. The Federal Reserve is a cartel of the major banks in our nation, whose board is appointed by the president. It is all the big money people, less than 10% of our population who control more than 75% of the wealth.
When you go to renew your drivers license after May 2008 you will also notice something different. For those of you who don’t know there has been a national ID law passed and after May of 2008 it is required when you renew your drivers license that you also apply for and get the national ID card, which will be connected to your drivers license, will have your finger print and retinal scan, have your social security number, and your banking information. It will be a requirement to have this card with you at all times, will be used at airport security stations, banks, police and will have a microchip in it. With a few key strokes on a computer terminal at a government agency, your life as you know it could be stopped. Your banking assets frozen, you could be jailed for no reason with no access to a lawyer, your life could be turned upside down.
And according to the ruling made by Judge Sullivan, could all be done and the government would not have to answer any questions about it, even though you are guaranteed it in the First Amendment.
I suggest anyone who doubts this go to Google video and look up “America – From Freedom to Fascism” by Aaron Russo, watch this video, it will enlighten you to many truths and lies that have been hidden from us.
December 16th, 1773 and July 4th, 1776 two dates in history in which brave men, visionaries, risked death by hanging for treason, to give us a free American, free from the tyranny of England. Who, today is a visionary, that will free us from the tyranny that we have allowed to become, “OUR GOVERNMENT”. Do we have any visionaries today, or are we all just mindless puppets, following as sheep to the slaughter.
