My association with USAA spans a twenty-five year period. Through that time, involving all types of insurance situations, I have enjoyed nothing less than superior customer care. Extending from the bottom of the organization to the top, USAA is the leader of the pack when it comes to customer service and reliable insurance coverage.
During my time in the military, insurance and financial matters were not one of my concerns and all it took was one phone call to the USAA representative and all of my most important records were corrected. As well, that same superior care was extended to my spouse who normally made sure that all of our assets were secure. I also had the added benefit that I could help other USAA customers when we did deploy as I knew that once they made the call, all of their insurance worries were over.
I love how USAA members do not have to go through all the red tape to secure coverages. I just added a teen driver to my policy and that has been a relatively painless process. USAA as an insurance offers so many cost reducing incentives that are never a part of other insurances in the field. USAA truly does reward the good drivers they insure. They do not extend these wonderful benefits to bad driving habits. It really is possible to reduce ones insurance premium by several hundred dollars each renewal period. While it provides superior care, USAA does however limit that care to former military members or as it stands now even if one can prove a relationship to a former military member, then they will extend coverage. Again, this is no small group of people and they probably drive as much as the next person if not more considering that most do not live near relatives and must drive hours and miles to enjoy a visit.
The best news is that USAA extends this same customer care to all of their financial products and with one call all of a member’s information is updated. It matters little that it is a weekend or holiday, as they know that they serve the military and they are not on a banker’s schedule. USAA is available to its members seven days a week, three hundred and sixty-five days a year worldwide. Now that’s service! I know of no other insurance that can even compare to the service that USAA maintains on a regular basis and does with a smile.
When considering a change in insurance or signing up for the first time with that first car, USAA will make that life experience smooth and reassuring.
